Fish Tuna Spaghetti Recipe | Pasta Dishes



To me this is truly a wonderful recipe for Canned Tuna lovers. Well I am one of them. Spaghetti tasted amazingly awesome when tossed with chilli garlic sauce along with veggies especially with thin cut French fries. Attractive multiple colours were the most satisfying part of this pasta dish. It was so quick and easy to make. Lets head over to the recipe. This meal is enough for 3 to 4 members. You will need;

FISH SPAGHETTI TUNA RECIPE

For Boiling Spaghetti:

  • 400 grams of Spaghetti 1 tsp of Salt 7 to 8 cups of Water 1 tbsp of Vegetable oil


Frying Tuna:

  • 1 Can Tuna
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp of Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp of Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp of Chili Sauce
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp of white Vinegar


Vegetable Frying:

  • 1 medium sized capsicum cut in julienne
  • 1 green chilli cut in julienne
  • 1 medium sized carrot cut in julienne
  • 2 medium sized Potatoes cut in thin slices lengthwise
  • Oil for shallow frying


Spices and making a sauce

  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 tsp of Black Pepper
  • 4 tbsp of Milk
  • 2 tbsp of Butter
  • 2 tbsp of Chilli Garlic Sauce



Procedure to be followed

  • STEP 1: In order to boil your spaghetti properly. Take a large wok, add 7 to 8 cups of Water, salt and oil. When water starts to boil, add in spaghetti. You need to break them in half. Add for about 7 to 15 minutes, make sure its is soft in the centre but not mushy. Drain the pasta into a sink by the help of large strainer or colander. Wash with cold water. Transfer it into a large bowl.
  • STEP 2: In a pan, add in oil, ginger garlic paste. Little Sauté for about 10 to 15 seconds. Add in Tuna along with the salt, black pepper, white vinegar, Soy and chilli sauce. Cook it on a medium flame for about 5 to 7 minutes. Keep stirring it continuously. Once its nicely cooked. Transfer this fried tuna over the spaghetti bowl.
  • STEP 3: Time to fry some veggies. Sprinkle some salt over them. Shallow fry all the veggies one by one . Once more, transfer it into a spaghetti bowl.
  • STEP 4: Final stage is; preparing a sauce. In a wok, Add in milk, then butter, Salt, Black Pepper and Chilli Garlic sauce. Make sure all ingredients are nicely blended, Pour over all the ingredients previously done in spaghetti bowl. Toss them all together. Transfer into a platter. Serve and enjoy..
