Easy Gluten Free Dessert Recipe
Looking for an easy and tasty gluten free dessert recipe? Look no further! I made these yesterday because we both had a sweet tooth but were over my go to (chocolate peanut clusters).

I have no idea what to call them. If you have an idea for a title, please leave it in the comments.

Ingredients:
10 oz bag of mini marshmallows
6 tbps butter
1 tsp GF vanilla extract
12 oz box of chex (I used corn chex but you could use any GF option)
1 c M&Ms

Directions:
In a large, microwave safe bowl, pour in the mini marshmallows (leave about 1 cup out if you want to have some whole marshmallows) and the butter. Microwave for about 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds. I found that cutting the butter into 4-5 smaller pieces helps it melt faster. Once combined, add the vanilla and stir.
Next, stir in the chex until it is coated in the mixture. Then pour in the M&Ms and extra mini marshmallows and gently mix until they are incorporated.
Pour into a greased glass pan (about 9x13) and spread out. Wait at least 30 minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!

I have a feeling that this is a recipe that I will make often. We love it!
